At VAKNINE WEAR LTD, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Be in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Be free from stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.
Gift cards.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographs showing the item and, where applicable, the packaging.
After reviewing the information, we will advise you on the next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Reason for the return.
Photos, if applicable.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
VAKNINE WEAR LTD is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or available product, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return is the result of our error.
Orders may be cancelled before they have entered the shipping process.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the order, provided it meets the eligibility requirements set out in this policy.
